Sorry for no picture, but it's a very tasty recipe I made myself.
Ingredients: - 1 rotisserie chicken (does not need to be whole) -1 jar Lao Gan Ma chili oil with black beans - 2 stalks minced scallions - 3/4 cup soy sauce - 3/4 cup Chinkiang vinegar - Sesame oil (to taste)
- Tear apart the rotisserie chicken by hand into a large bowl, ripping the chicken into pieces.
- Empty 3/4 or all of the Lao Gan Ma chili oil into the bowl.
- Add soy sauce, chinkiang vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Blend the mixture with the chicken by hand. Add minced scallions and continue to toss the chicken mixture by hand.
- Cover and chill for 1 hour.
- Serve with a bowl of Chinese rice congee.
