INGREDIENTS

*100 gms Dry Moringa Leaf

50ml Passion fruit juice

50ml Orange juice
-
100ml Sugar syrup
-
100ml Whip cream
-
3 nos Egg
-
100g Icing sugar
-
100g All purpose flour
** substitute with 50 gms Moringa Powder*
DIRECTIONS:
For the sponge

Blend eggs and icing sugar well.

Then gently fold in the all-purpose flour.

Grease a baking tray and pour this mixture into it. Don’t shake or stir after pouring it into the tray.

Bake it in a pre-heated oven at 200 C for 4 minutes.

When it cools down to cut the sponge into 3 layers.
For the filling
-
Mix Moringa Leaf with the whipped cream and spread between each layer.
-
When layering is done do the icing with the remaining whip cream.
-
Garnish with the dry Moringa Leaf or dust the powder on top. Serve with orange & passion fruit reduction.
