Moringa Leaf Well Cake.

INGREDIENTS

  • *100 gms Dry Moringa Leaf

  • 50ml Passion fruit juice

  • 50ml Orange juice

  • 100ml Sugar syrup

  • 100ml Whip cream

  • 3 nos Egg

  • 100g Icing sugar

  • 100g All purpose flour

** substitute with 50 gms Moringa Powder*

DIRECTIONS:

For the sponge

  1. Blend eggs and icing sugar well.

  2. Then gently fold in the all-purpose flour.

  3. Grease a baking tray and pour this mixture into it. Don’t shake or stir after pouring it into the tray.

  4. Bake it in a pre-heated oven at 200 C for 4 minutes.

  5. When it cools down to cut the sponge into 3 layers.

For the filling

  1. Mix Moringa Leaf with the whipped cream and spread between each layer.

  2. When layering is done do the icing with the remaining whip cream.

  3. Garnish with the dry Moringa Leaf or dust the powder on top. Serve with orange & passion fruit reduction.
