INGREDIENTS:

*100g Dry Moringa Leaf

100g Raw mango
-
2g Mustard seeds
-
50ml Coconut oil
-
100g Shallots
-
10g Red chilly
-
50g Ginger
-
50g Curry Leaf
-
20g Green chilies
-
Salt to taste
-
20ml coconut paste
*Substitute with 50 gms Moringa Powder which can be mixed with the coconut paste
DIRECTIONS:

Peel and slice raw mangoes.

In a pan boil the raw mangoes, Moringa Leaf, shallots, curry Leaf, green chilies with a dash of coconut oil.

When the raw mangoes are soft add the coconut paste to it.

Top it with a tempering of coconut oil, mustard seeds, curry leaf and red chilies.
Serve with appam or idiyappam.
