Ingredients:
• Pig’s trotters – 1pc
• Red dates – 12 pcs
• Garlic – 10 cloves
• Black vinegar – 2 tbsp
• Oyster sauce – 1 tsp
• Light soya sauce – 1 tsp
• Huiji Waist Tonic – 1-2 cups (Huiji measuing cup)
Methods:

Clean and split pig’s trotters

Boil pig’s trotters in water and pour away water

Add black vinegar, garlics, red dates, oyster sauce and light soya sauce to pig’s trotters and simmer for 1 hour

Add 1-2 cups of Huiji Waist Tonic before serving
