A friend recently gave me a pancake machine as a gift. I'm pretty new to baking and this machine. I never really made pancakes until recently.
- Can somebody recommend me a good pancake batter?
I've been playing around with Aunt Jeminas flour for quite a while now. But I want to branch out a bit more and do things from scratch.
- The pancake comes out quite fluffy, would it be possible to make it more crispy?
