Homemade Coconut Ice Cream

Homemade Coconut Ice Cream Servings: 6-10 Time: 4 hr 30 min Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

1 pint heavy whipping cream

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 13.5 oz can Coconut Milk

3 teaspoons coconut extract

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

Directions:

  1. Whip the whipping cream with a mixer on high speed until it is the consistency of whipped cream.
  2. Gently mix in all the other ingredients and pour into a freezer-safe container with a lid.
  3. Firmly seal the lid on the container and freeze for at least 4 hours, until ready to serve.
  4. Let the ice cream sit out for a few minutes to soften before serving.

Serve and enjoy! Tips: Try mixing in different ingredients like toasted nuts, chocolate chips, or pineapple chunks. I added in tons of coconut to make it nice and coconutty!
