Hi!
So I'm making pizzas this weekend and need a recipe for whole wheat pizza dough and gluten-free pizza dough (my friends are difficult). I've tried making the whole wheat one before, but the bread is always so dense and thick. Is there a way to have the thin, crispy, airy dough with whole wheat? Also, any suggestions for gluten-free?
Making these for Saturday so I pretty much need to make them tomorrow evening for them to rise.
