Hi there!
So at my place of employment, every summer, we have a "bake-off", in which we have to prepare a dessert, and serve it to the staff.
Said bake-off is in August, so I have some time to put some thought into it this year. Last year's winner was a homemade apple crisp with home-grown apples.
I mean, you don't win anything but bragging rights, essentially, but that's enough for me to want to try to find something delicious! (Plus, I love to bake and try new recipes!)
Its marked on taste, presentation, and originality.
Does anyone have any suggestions? They would be greatly appreciated!! :):)
