I have garden grown Okra that are too tough & large to eat? What are they still good for?

I was too ill to work in my garden while my okra was really productive. I now have about 20 10 to 12 inch okra. I was thinking about making a okra broth and making Jambalaya. I think the broth would be too strong for one dish, if I use them all for that. They are changing colors in the fridge so I want to use them before they go bad. I only had one plant this year as an experiment.
