Hello everyone! I hope all is well tonight. As my title states, I am looking for pureed recipes. I am about to enter Stage 2 of my post-op diet, which consists of pureed and liquid food. I've been on liquids for nearly 4 weeks now and I honestly cannot wait to get to pureed foods. Having said that, I have no idea what would be good to puree that would be tasty.
If anyone has any good recipes I could puree, I would greatly, greatly appreciate it. I am not a fan of fish or seafood, just to give a heads up.
