- 30 Crisp Oatmeal Cookies (small)

3 Tbsp Butter (melted)

Cream Cheese Filling

8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)

2 Tbsp Sugar

4 Cups Whipped Topping

Apple Pie Topping

6 Medium Granny Smith Apples

3 Tbsp Butter
-
¼ C Sugar
-
¼ C Water
-
½ C Brown Sugar
-
2 tsp Cinnamon
-
2 Tbsp Cornstarch

Directions:

Crust
-
Count out 30 Oatmeal cookies and blend them in a blender or food processor until they are crumbs
-
Put cookie crumbs into bowl and add butter. Mix thoroughly until it looks like wet sand
-
Add cookie mixture to a 9 ½ by 13” pan and press into the bottom of the pan to create crust

Cream Cheese Filling
-
In a large bowl using a mixer combine softened cream cheese, sugar, and whipped topping
-
Once combined spread topping on top of cookie crust

Place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes

Apple Pie Topping

Peel and core six medium granny smith apples
-
Cut and chop apples into 1 inch cubes
-
In a large sauce pan place cubed apples, butter, sugar, water, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch

Stir everything together
-
Turn heat on med/low
-
Cook Apples until soft
-
This will take 30 to 40 minutes. Stir occasionally
-
Once apples are cooked through let them cool completely
-
Place on top of cream cheese layer
-
Refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy
