[Question] Looking for the recipe of a sauce that I had on a dish in Japan.

The dish was a fried pork cutlet with shredded lettuce laid on top of a bed of rice. I know that 3 of the sauces ingredients were ketchup, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. The cook who made it mentioned those ingredients and others to a friends who spoke some minor Japanese, but she wasn't able to translate further than that.
