Does anyone have a legit recipes for Halal Chicken over rice aka "street meat." All online recipes have failed me.

I have tried all kinds, a Serious Eats version and not one has come close to what I've tasted in many different carts. I'm pretty good at googling but as you know recipe comments are for the birds. I don't even know what this food is actually called.
