- Wet Ingredients
- 1C Unsalted Butter (melted)
- 3 Eggs
- ¼ C Sugar
- 1 ¼ C Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- Dry Ingredients
- 2 ½ C Flour
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- Other
- 12oz Semi-Sweet Choc. Chips or Milk Choc. Chips
- 12oz Peanut Butter
- Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°
- 2. Combine wet ingredients EXCEPT BUTTER in a large bowl
- 3. Combine dry ingredients in a medium size bowl
- 4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients in ½ increments
- 5. Once they are combine add the melted butter mix well
- 6. Add the chocolate chips
- 7. Place cookie dough batter in a 9 ½ X 13 Pan
- 8. Flatten out the dough
- 9. Create 9-12 wells in cookie dough with the back of a spoon
- 10. Fill the wells with a teaspoon of peanut butter
- 11. Cover wells with cookie dough and smooth out
- 12. Bake in oven for 25 to 30 minutes
- 13. Let cool for 10 to 15 minutes before cutting into cookies
