Chocolate Chip with Peanut Butter Pan Cookies

  • Wet Ingredients
  • 1C Unsalted Butter (melted)
  • 3 Eggs
  • ¼ C Sugar
  • 1 ¼ C Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • Dry Ingredients
  • 2 ½ C Flour
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • Other
  • 12oz Semi-Sweet Choc. Chips or Milk Choc. Chips
  • 12oz Peanut Butter
  • Instructions
  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°
  • 2. Combine wet ingredients EXCEPT BUTTER in a large bowl
  • 3. Combine dry ingredients in a medium size bowl
  • 4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients in ½ increments
  • 5. Once they are combine add the melted butter mix well
  • 6. Add the chocolate chips
  • 7. Place cookie dough batter in a 9 ½ X 13 Pan
  • 8. Flatten out the dough
  • 9. Create 9-12 wells in cookie dough with the back of a spoon
  • 10. Fill the wells with a teaspoon of peanut butter
  • 11. Cover wells with cookie dough and smooth out
  • 12. Bake in oven for 25 to 30 minutes
  • 13. Let cool for 10 to 15 minutes before cutting into cookies
