I went to a high-end steakhouse/fine dining establishment while on vacation with family in Florida last summer. I ordered the surf & turf selection (8oz sirloin and giant rock lobster tail) and the sirloin had a sauce on it that was out of this world! Unfortunately I have no idea what it was..this is where you fine people come in. I was wondering if anyone could help me out in identifying what it was. The only thing I have to contribute is that it tasted like a mixture of A1 and brown gravy..but don't let that description fool you because it was MOST excellent. Anything helps, thank you!
