"Healthy" treats to bring to work?

I love to bake and cook, but my husband and I don't need to eat dozens of cookies at a time so I usually give most of what I bake away. I bring stuff to work 2-3 times a month. I have about 10 co-workers.

Most of them are women who are always "on a diet" or "trying to eat healthy". I'm a slim woman - I don't diet and everything I bake uses real ingredients. I don't do low-fat or fake sugar stuff. I think it is so much more fun to cook and bake from scratch than from a mix. I eat and enjoy everything I bake but I will usually have only 3-4 cookies or muffins or whatever from a batch, my husband will eat about that many as well, and then I give the rest away.

Anyway, one of my co-workers asked if I could bring "healthier" stuff to work to share. However I have no idea what that would be. I am open to try new recipes. Does anyone have ideas for good "healthy" treats that I can make and bring to work, preferably stuff that I can leave out on the counter? I like to make cakes, cookies, and muffins but I am interested in making savory treats as well.

I am not the only one who brings treats to the office so it's not like I am constantly shoving stuff down people's throats that they don't want. Someone brings donuts for everyone 2-3 times a week, breakfast burritos are bought for the office now and then, we have regular office potlucks with lots of leftovers, and customers even bring food to share with us. We are also about to start selling candy bars, chips and sodas in my office.

Thanks!

bon appetit
