[Question] Can you help me convert the US measurements to UK measurements for the Slutty Brownie?

Title says it all really. I'd be extremely grateful to anyone who knows how to convert from US to UK measurements. I do not understand all these types of cup and tbsp amounts for solids and liquids and types of butter.
