FRIED SHRIMP BUTTERFLY

Principle : Fry

Prepared : 2 hours

For : 5 people

INGREDIENTS :

Shrimps 500g Wheat 100g Bones of pork 200g Salt, monodhinvglutamate Cooking oil Salad, 2 tomatoes A spoonful of Ancel powder Haifa spoonful of yam bean powder A spoonful of sweetened soya beans Half a teaspoonful of chopped red pepper A teaspoonful of tamato juice

PREPARATION :

Clean the shrimps and take off their cover except their tad Split each shrimp to the part close to the tail.

Mix well the wheat, water (150gr), Ancel powder, salt and glutamate. Boil the bones to get 1/2 a bowl of soup.

Mix yam beans powder, half a bowl of soup, sweetened soya­beans, chopped red pepper and tomate juice. Boil these ingredients until they get somewhat thick.

Take the shrimp by its tail, dip it into the boiling fat. Let 2 parts of the shrimp body apart. Then dip it entirely into the boiling oil.

Take it out and dram it.

Put the salad in the plate. Arrange slices of tomato around, and fried shrimps in the way that their tails stay in the centre. Before meal, sprinkle the sauce on the plate. Always served hot, with or without the sauce apart.
