Low fat curd, how to make it better

I am trying to put low fat curd into my diet for its properties, it taste very sour. I am looking to stay healthy, so adding lots of sugar, butter or jam is not the option.

Any idea how to make it better?

Here in Estonia they do Kohukes, they are delicious, but not the healthiest option...
