A neighbor gave us some Salmon in a sealed vacuum bag. I have two of them. I've never seen this before so I started looking for recipes online before I open it. However, the top results just talk about how to seal your fish, I want to know how to cook it. I'm thinking it's just a dry fish inside but it doesn't feel that shaped, more like a mush maybe? They are both unopened and we maybe have had it for half a year by now. I'll keep looking online, just thought I post here in case one of your brilliant minds can help. :)
