I was just given a batch of beautiful chanterelle mushrooms, what should I do with them?

I'm an experienced cook but have never used these particular mushrooms, any ideas for recipes would be awesome. I should mention that I am also roasting a chicken so any side dishes that would compliment the bird would be most welcomed. Thanks!
