Hi I bought some beautiful veal shnitzel cutlets. I am looking for a recipe for them that does not contain dairy and is not crumbed and fried. I also bought some mushrooms and chicken mince so I thought I might stuff them, but not sure what to do for a sauce? Or do you have any other ideas?
