Ingredients
- 1 cup green tea
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. five-spice powder
- 1-2 tsp. ground pepper (I use Sichuan peppers)
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 2-4 lbs. cleaned/drained chicken wings
Directions
Combine all the ingredients (except the chicken wings) and mix well.
Cover the chicken wings in the marinade overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook the wings in an oven for about an hour to an hour and a half. (You can also use a grill for the final cooking.)
