Breakfast Roll. (Egg Meal)

Ingredients: + eggs - 4

  • sour cream - 6 tbsp

  • potato starch - 2 tbsp

  • flour - 2 tbsp

  • salt pepper

  • tomatoes - 1/2

  • bacon - 2 stripes

  • cheese - 50-100 gm

  • cauliflower - 4-5 inflorescences

  • dill, parsley, green onion

Roll base: + Combine eggs with 4 tbsp of sour cream, starch, flour, salt and pepper. Whip it with your mixer until the consistency gets smooth.

  • Cover your square baking dish with a parchment paper and pour out eggs mixture into it. Bake it for 25 minutes at 180C.

  • Chop and shred all of the ingredients for roll stuffing.

  • When 25 minutes of baking are over, take the eggs out and let them to cool down for 15 minutes.

  • Grease eggs with some sour cream and place 3/4 of the stuffing on top of it. Make a roll. Top of the roll grease with more of sour cream and place the rest of stuffing. (Decorate the roll) Place roll back into a baking dish and send it to bake for 10 minutes more.

  • After baking, cut your roll into portions. And Bon Appetite!
