Beer shrimp with kale and parmesan

Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon Butter 1 beer 1-2 Garlic cloves 1 pound shrimp, peeled and de-veined kale Parmesan Cheese

Melt butter in saucepan, over medium heat, add slivered garlic, and saute until the garlic is translucent.

Add shrimp, and pour enough beer to cover shrimp, bring to a gentle boil.

Cook shrimp until it's turned red on both sides, then push the shrimp to one side of the pan, and add kale. allow kale to soak up, and it will shrink, push it aside, and add more kale. Repeat this process until you have a 50/50 mix of cooked kale and shrimp. Reduce heat, and plate, sprinkling Parmesan cheese on top of the dish.
