I'm recovering from an eating disorder and I need a bunch of recipes/ideas for sugar free and flour free meals. A small amount of sugar is fine as I can substitute it with something else but flour is a big no-no. No corn flour, almond flour, potato starch, rice flour, nothing.
I'll eat just about anything (big turn offs are mushrooms and any kind of squash) but I'm struggling to come up with new, exciting recipes. Any help is much appreciated!
