Hi, looking for some help! My husband LOVES this garlic cheddar (?) cheese spread we used to get from a local butcher. We've since moved and I haven't been able to find it anywhere. I'd love to make it for him, but I can't find a similar sounding recipe, and the ones I've tried are the wrong consistency/flavor.
Basically, it's the same consistency of a port wine cheese spread or pimento cheese spread, but is garlic flavored instead. Any ideas? Thanks!
