So, I'm planning a surprise date for someone I've been seeing, and as of now the plan is to watch a show and then go for a short drive out of the city for stargazing. I figured somewhere between the two we'd get hungry, so anyone have any good date-worthy served cold recipes that I can make and keep iced in a cooler for a couple of hours? (If it pairs well with wine then you are a god!)
