I am a mid-twenties male from South Asia. I am planning on moving out on my own soon, and I have started learning basic cooking for that.
I am mostly acquainted with Bengali Bangladeshi cuisine and Chinese cuisine. I am not a vegan or vegetarian, but rarely do I like to eat meat products.
Right now, I am looking for ten recipes from Chinese and Indian cuisine which are:
- Quick to cook: I am usually very busy, so the quicker the better.
- Simple to make: The recipes shouldn't have more than 3-4 ingredients
- Cheap and Healthy: I like to train with weights so I am careful to manage my calories and proteins, carbs etc.
