A healthier alternative to standard fries, fairly easy and very delicious!
Ingredients: 2 medium/large zucchini, cut into 8 wedges each 1 cup buttermilk 2 tbs. all purpose flour 1 cup panko ½ cup grated parm cooking oil spray (I use coconut) salt and pepper to taste
