I'm a night shift worker trying to lose weight. When I get home from work in the morning, I'm usually really hungry, and wind up either eating cereal or a parfait. I take some non-fat Greek yogurt, a little bit of honey to sweeten it up, strawberries, blueberries and some granola for a crunch. Only problem is that it's kind of getting boring. Anybody know of any good low calorie options to shake things up a bit? Or any other breakfast ideas?
