Hey /r/recipes! Moist and delicious basic recipe!
INGREDIENTS
100g wholemeal or All-purpose flour
50g (2 scoops) protein powder (Whey)
1.5 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
3 verripe bananas
60ml milk (regular, almond, etc)
Cinnamon and just a little nutmeg (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven at 180 C
Mix dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls
Mix everything together in a blender or in bowl with spoon (for an arms workout!)
Bake for 25-35 mins (depending on oven)
