Seeking Italian-Sichuan fusion recipes.

I'm looking for Italian-Sichuan fusion recipes for a food truck menu.

An example of some ideas I have are:

  • General Tso's chicken on a bed of parmesan rice
  • Sichuan Meatballs
  • Broccoli Rabe Eggrolls
