So, I moved to Japan for work about a month ago, and my Japanese is kinda terrible. This resulted in me buying, what I thought at the time, was a 3kg bag of regular rice. Turns out it's sweet rice.
I have no idea what to do with this, can't really take it back, and most of the recipes I get from google are basically "make rice porridge/pudding."
So, r/recipes, got any sweet rice recipes for me?
I'd appreciate it.
