What to Do with Dried Red Chili Peppers?

Hello fine people of r/recipes!

Last year, my grandmother gave me what I believe is a red chili pepper plant. At the time, it was very full. I let the peppers dry on the plant, and they turned out to be very red and about 1 to 1 1/2 inches long each. I now have about two hundred of these small, heat-packing chilis.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I could do with these fine chilis? They are delicious when I use them in small batches, but I just don't want them to go to waste, and I feel like they will if I just continue to leave them. I don't use them that often. Should I just crush them up and keep them in a bottle? Or keep them in the freezer in a bag perhaps? Alternatively, are there any recipes that I can make something with them that I can give away for Christmas perhaps?

I tried doing a search but only came up with recipes, nothing asking this question, hence why I am here.

Thank you!

bon appetit
