Dijon Mustard Chicken Breasts

INGREDIENTS Salt 1 dash
Black pepper, ground 1 dash
Garlic 4 cloves
Dijon Mustard 0.5 cup Butter, unsalted 1 tbsp
Thyme, fresh 2 tbsp
Olive oil 2 tablespoon
Yellow onion 1 cup chopped
Chicken broth 2 cup
White cooking wine 1 cup
Chicken breasts, fresh, skinless 4 piece

DIRECTIONS 1 In a (deep) pan heat olive oil and fry chicken for 12 mins, until brown on each side

2 Remove chicken, add chopped onions, and cook for 5 mins, until tender. Be sure to leave in the chicken juices

3 Add minced thyme, wine, dijon mustard to the pan, and bring to a simmer

4 Return chicken to the pan with the simmering sauce. Simmer for 15 mins, until internally cooked

5 Remove chicken to serving plates or tupperware. Bring remaining sauce to a boil for 15 mins, until thickened

6 Add in butter, salt, and pepper to the sauce. Spoon over chicken and serve
