Every time I make this recipe, I'm hungry after I eat.

The recipe I make consists of chicken, rice, and frozen vegetables. I use the marinade from this recipe: http://ift.tt/1Y55kAf for the chicken. I make it with chicken breasts, cook the rice plain, and heat up some frozen vegetables (corn, carrots, peas, green beans) to go along with it. I've made this recipe a dozen times and every time I have a whole lot of it - I eat until I'm definitely full - and I'm still hungry an hour later. This happens every time, and this never happens with anything else I cook.

What is missing from this recipe? This recipe is delicious, but what can I change to make this meal actually filling?
