Chicken Hakka Noodles, the noodles tossed with garlic, chicken, egg, prawn, mushroom and lots of vegetables.

Recipe:
Ingredients:
- Noodles: 2 cakes
- Chicken 150 gm
- Egg : 2
- Prawn: 50 gm
- Mushroom: 100 gm
- Vegetables of your choice.. I used Beans, carrot, capsicum, green peas, Spring onion greens, Onion
- Garlic 2 tsp finely chopped
- Ginger paste 1/2 tsp Sauce:
- Soy sauce: 2 tsp
- Red chili garlic sauce: 2 tsp\
- Vinegar: 1 tsp
- Pepper to taste
- Sesame oil (or any vegetable oil)
- 1 tsp Cornflour
- Little salt
Instructions
- 1. Cook the noodles until aldente
- 2. Make egg omelette and cut into strips. (watch the video above). Also fry the prawns. Keep them aside.
- 3. Coat the chicken with cornflour, 2 tbsp egg and salt and fry them. Keep it aside
- 4. Heat 2 tsp oil in a wok.
- 5. Add chopped garlic, ginger paste. Stir well.
- 6. Next add all veggies (onion, beans, carrot, capsicum, mushroom), cooked Chicken, prawn and half of the egg strips. Keep stirring.
- 7. Add soy sauce, chili garlic sauce and vinegar. Make sure you keep stirring.
- 8. Put the cooked noodles and toss well. Ensure that all the ingredients gets mixed up uniformly.
- 9. Finish off with chopped spring onion greens
- 10. Garnish with another half of the egg strips.
- 11. I didn't add salt to this noodles because the sauces contain enough salt to season the dish. But if you feel some more, you can definitely add.
