No Bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Energy Balls

INGREDIENTS

1 cup rolled oats

½ cup peanut butter

½ cup honey ½ cup desiccated coconut (optional) + more for coating

1 tsp vanilla (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix everything in a bowl and form a big ball

Cover with foil or plastic wrap and let sit in the freezer for 30 minutes

After the 30 minutes start forming small balls with your hands (15-18)

Keep them in the fridge for 5-7 days

Amazing variations!

1.Melt Dark 🍫chocolate for coating!

2.Add one scoop of 💪🏻Protein powder!

3.Tahini, Almond/Cashews butter!
