Volunteered to cook for my college homecoming game tailgate after going to today's and being underwhelmed by typical hot dogs, burgers and bags of chips. Sounds like gates open with enough time for 2 hours of grilling so might need to pre-cook (never done a partial smoke?) and certainly do all prep the night before. Also thinking anything you eat with hands is better so kabobs, satays, jalapeno poppers... that sort of thing. Probably have 30-40 people total (we have a six burner grill available).
So what's your to-go for game day?
