I'm wanting to bake some dishes for a friend who is going through a very busy time right now. I know it'd be best to bake some casseroles that they can freeze and thaw out when needed. Breakfast and dinner casseroles are both fine. I'd like to make about 5 casseroles, so low-cost is best, but I just really want to be sure it freezes well.
I've got some casserole recipes I'd normally use, but know nothing about freezing and reheating a whole casserole. Advice or recipes are both welcome, as long as there are no nuts. Thanks!
