I bought a variety of pepper plants for my garden this year and they're doing amazingly. I am growing orange habaneros, garden salsa peppers, chimayo peppers, poblanos, and Bhut Jolokia/ghost peppers. I even have a Bhut plant that I thought was a dud start producing tons of fruit out of nowhere.
So now I have insane amounts of peppers. What do I do with them? Throw your favorite recipes at me, I'm open to anything.
