I recently saw a chef that I really admire that has been on a diet of no carbs, no sugar, no dairy. It reminded me of a thought I had awhile ago, which is a challenge to see who can come up with the most delicious recipe with the most things taken from it. So here it is. One point for each: No meat No dairy Vegan No carbs Gluten free Sugar free Organic No fish Fat free
Bonus points: High protein High fiber Taste great
