I found this recipe to be an awesome combination of cheesy-ness and fruity-ness, and it was ridiculously simple. Hope you give it a try :)
Ingredients
- 1 yellow peach, sliced into thin rounds
- 2 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced into 1”-thick rounds
- 1 Tbs balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup strawberries, diced or sliced thin
- Optional: fresh or dried basil for garnish
*Instructions
- Prepare ingredients by slicing you peaches, cheese, and strawberries.
- On a plate, alternate peach and cheese slices. Scatter with diced strawberries.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and garnish with basil (optional). Enjoy!
