I have to go to a casual family BBQ tomorrow. I am an experienced cook - not afraid to try something new. The menu will be basic: burgers, baked beans, potato salad. You get the picture.... I want to bring something and have a large container of ricotta cheese that I bought for a meal that I didn't make. Was thinking I could use that as a basis for my contribution to the menu.
Any ideas for a BBQ friendly dish or dessert that contains ricotta?
