I ordered 2 soups from a Thai restaraunt the other day, which came with two containers of noodles. We only needed one of the containers to finish off the soups, so now I have a whole cup full of these things to experiment with (never tried rice noodles until earlier this year, love them).
Does anyone have some tasty, relatively simple ideas for what we can use these leftovers for?
