So I've decided that I need to lose weight. I'm not a big guy, but I've got a lot of visceral fat (that is fat inside my abdomen, around my internal organs) and I've been reading that it can cause health problems. So it's got to go. I've also been researching how to get rid of visceral fat. And I came across this study
That indicates that Doenjang can promote weight loss and specifically decrease visceral fat. So here I am. I'm going to go buy some Doenjang from a local asian market and need some recipes to prepare it. I've never had it before so I don't know what I'm getting.
