A little heavier on veg and lighter with ground turkey:
Ingredients: 1 lb ground turkey 1 green bell pepper diced 1 small white onion diced 1 c water 1/2 c ketchup 2 cloves garlic minced 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp mustard 1 tsp worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp nutmeg salt to taste pepper to taste
Heat up large skillet medium. Add in olive oil and garlic just to take the edge of the garlic. Add in onion and bell pepper. Cook until tender.
Add in ground turkey, salt and pepper and cook until ground turkey is completely cooked.
Add in ketchup, water, mustard and nutmeg. Get to a boil. Turn down heat and let simmer, uncovered, until most of the water evaporates.
