High fat sauce for sliders?

I recently watched a cooking show and I'm looking to try out little hamburger sliders. It calls for mayo to keep the meat from getting the buns soggy, but I hate mayo. On the episode it said that since mayo was so high in fat it created a nice little layer between the meat and the bun. Does anyone have any burger friendly replacements?
