I'm unpracticed in preparing fish and want to move beyond the simple rub/fry. Relatively lower cost fish preferred (tilapia, halibut, salmon, etc.) but I'd be happy to try more costly recipes (e.g. Swordfish) if you have an amazing one.
Sweet, savory, whatever. Use of nuts/breading works too! The best fish dish I have ever eaten had a creamy, cheesy, buy light sauce. In short- we are open to a variety of flavor profiles and cooking methods. Thanks!
